Delete account

How to delete your TILAWA account: log in, open “Settings” and tap “Delete account” at the bottom. This works in the app and on tilawa.net. If you can no longer access your account, write to info@tilawa.net from your account email and we will delete it within 30 days.

Your account and personal data (name, email, phone, photos, messages, saved card) will be deleted. Upcoming lessons are cancelled, lessons already paid are refunded. We keep paid lessons without your name because the law requires it for receipts. This cannot be undone.
